The government came into force on 2 October 2017 on Circular 23/2017 / TT - BLDTBXH concerning the online issuance of foreign workers' work permitted in Vietnam.
Circular 23 provides proceedings concerning approval for online issuance and reissue concerning foreign workers' work permit and work permit exemption certificate.
In the online application form, it is necessary to prepare the documents
described in Decree 11/2016 ND-CP and Circular 40/2016 / TT-BLDTBXH.
After receiving notification from the authorities about confirming the
document, the employer must submit the original of the document prescribed
by the law directly to the authorities or mail it directly.
