The Vietnamese Social Insurance Department issued an official letter 4955 / BHXH-ST on the change from health insurance (HI) number to social insurance (SI) number on November 6, 2017.
According to this, the Vietnamese Social Insurance Department has issued guidance to the local social insurance department to change the HI number and match it with the SI number. By doing this, the employee will have only one number.
