The Ministry of Finance and General Department of Customs have issued Official Letter 16875 / BTC-PC and Official Letter 11552 / TCHQ-GSQL respectively on November 25, 2016, and December 8, 2016.
Among them, they are instructing the local tax authorities and tariffs
to import the completed four-wheeled vehicles as follows.
1. Submitting certificate of origin for import of finished goods at
customs clearance
2. Implementing the validation of the tariff value of imported finished
goods.
3. Planning to prepare a database on the import of finished products
for comprehensive management.
